Good morning, my name is Aaron I'm going to lead us in a short guided meditation.
When you’re ready, go ahead and close your eyes.
Using your imagination - picture a blue sky.
Feel the sunlight on your face.
Listen to the wind as it swirls and moves around your body.
Watch the birds as they fly from here to there.
Notice the smell of the flowers as they slowly open up to the day.
What does it feel like to be alive?
Watch the clouds build up and pull apart.
Notice the sensations in your body.
What does it feel like to be alive?
Breathe deeply in. Breathe fully out.
Notice how it feels to be expanded and emptied out.
Lend your compassion to your muscles and joints.
Breathe into your shoulders.
Breathe into your lower back.
What does it feel like to be alive?
Express gratitude to your hands and your feet.
Express gratitude to your emotional self.
Gratitude to your intellect.
Breathe deeply in. Breathe fully out.
What does it feel like to be alive?
Bring your awareness back to this moment.
Notice your feet on the ground.
Wiggle your fingers.
And when you are ready, you can open your eyes.
